Transmission #022: Stylized road mobs and catalog drops

Road enemies now spawn from a pool of Stylized3DMonster prefabs on MapChunk instead of a single humanoid stand-in with the player animator. GoblinRoadSpawner picks a random prefab per spawn, rolls level‑1 max health and a small Armor modifier, and uses configurable capsule defaults when the asset has no collider. When no RuntimeAnimatorController override is set, the spawner adds StylizedMonsterAnimatorDriver, which drives the pack’s state names (MonsterNN_Run, _Walk, _Idle, _Die, _Attack0x) via CrossFade, while GoblinAI still handles patrol, chase, and combat. Humanoid setups with an override controller keep the old PlayerAnimator parameter path.

Death drops: GoblinDeathHandler can roll a random item from HelerionGameData (consumables, equipment, scrolls, abilities with a display prefab; harvestables excluded). The catalog builds a small world-drop pool at load time. MapChunk enables this random mode and clears the animator override so Stylized rigs keep their own controllers.

This layout is ready for later server‑defined mob profiles (prefab key, level, stats, loot table) without changing the spawn pipeline shape.
